Privacy policy

What we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and what we never do with it.

The short version

We ask for the details we need to take an order, deliver it and talk to you about it — nothing more. We do not sell customer information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

This policy explains that in full. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we will explain it in plain language.

What we collect

When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, delivery address and any note you add for the rider.

When you create an account: the same contact details, plus your order history and any addresses you choose to save so you do not have to type them again.

When you pay: the payment is handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference for it. We never see or store your full card number, PIN or mobile wallet password.

When you browse: basic technical information such as the pages you visited, the device and browser you used and an approximate location from your network. This is what tells us the site is working.

How we use it

To take, pack, deliver and account for your orders, and to reach you about a specific order — a missing item, a delivery time, a refund.

To run a customer account for you, if you have created one, and to keep your saved addresses and order history available to you.

To improve the shop: which products are searched for and not found, which pages fail, where deliveries run late.

To send offers and updates only when you have opted in — every marketing message we send has a way to stop receiving them.

Who else sees it

Delivery partners get your name, address and mobile number — the minimum needed to hand the order over.

Payment providers get what they need to process and confirm your payment.

Service providers who run parts of this shop for us — hosting, email and SMS delivery, analytics — handle data on our instructions only.

Authorities, where the law genuinely requires it.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade customer information.

Cookies and similar technology

Cookies are small files this site stores in your browser. We use them to keep your cart and your session working while you shop, to remember preferences such as language, and to measure how the shop is used.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them entirely will stop the cart and sign-in from working, because both depend on the browser remembering who you are between pages.

Keeping it safe, and your choices

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling returns, and account details for as long as your account is open. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete your account, or tell us to stop sending marketing messages. Write to us from the contact page and we will confirm once it is done.

If we change this policy we will update the date below and, for anything significant, tell customers directly.

Last updated: update this line whenever you edit the policy.
