Who we are
A grocery shop built around the weekly list
We started with a simple idea: the shopping most families do every week should be the easiest part of the week, not the hardest.
So we keep the range tight and useful — the rice, oil, spices, dairy, snacks and fresh produce that actually get used — and we spend our time on the things that decide whether an order is good: stock that is really in stock, prices that do not change at the door, and delivery that turns up when we said it would.

How we work
Checked before it leaves the shelf
Fresh items are packed the same day they go out. Dates are checked on every packaged product, and anything close to the end of its life is taken off the shelf rather than sent to a customer.
Every order is packed by hand and checked against the list before it is sealed — cold items separately, heavy items at the bottom, fragile items on top.
What we promise
Honest weight and honest prices. What you see on the product page is what goes in the bag, and the price at checkout is the price you pay.
No silent substitutions. If something you ordered is unavailable, we call before we swap it for anything else.
A real person on the other end. Questions about an order, a delivery or a product reach someone who can actually do something about it.
